The All that is Pale was probably my favorite offering from Herkimer. The beer poured a copper clear with white head that left a spotty lace. The scent and taste carried bitter hops with hint of pine and citrus. There was enough sweet malt to give the beer balance. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it was good.
