The beer poured a golden clear with thin white head and no lace. The scent had malt and hops. The taste had the typical belgian yeast flavors with alcohol. The mouthfeel was medium in body with subtle carbonation. Overall it was ok.
"Eva Cöttbusser is an old German style that is represented by no breweries in Germany that we know of, and only one in North America. It is no longer brewed in Germany because it is outlawed. It is illegal to put anything but malt, hops, yeast and water in the manufacturing of beer.
