A very odd beer that I don't know too much about. Served with very little head. Color is a dark amber brown.
Aroma: Grainy and malty with a light roast. Very simple. Not too much here.
Taste: I instantly get the herkimer house flavor with this one. It is just off putting. It is pretty much all grains and malts with a slight bitterness. Chocolate hints and a light roast again.
Mouthfeel: Bland with a medium body and a medium amount of carbonation.
Overall, this was an okay beer, but the house flavor found in all of their beers just isn't very tasty. I didn't want another glass of this.
