Golden Amber color and clear.
Mild aroma with a pleasant hop bouquet.
Some berry sweetness but the hop bitterness. There’s a warm caramel taste that provides some sweetness. Clean with a light bitterness. Moderate aftertaste.

Classic amber with a tall off-white head settling to a thickly persistent blanket leaving spongy walls of lace reaching the full height of the glass.
A spot on expression of bitter West Coast hoppiness, including a citrusy yet piney bite, it brings with it a little warmth.
The smoothly slick medium body has a soft and moderate carbonation that finishes cleanly unflawed and numbingly semi-dry. There's no cat piss, musty rug or graham to be had here, unlike the North High IPAs we had shortly before.

Very nicely done Ipa from the new Bookhouse Brewing. Clean and crisp, with some fruity tones. Bitter, but not overly so. A very solid, well done beer.
