What's to be done when Waffle Daddy wants a beer made with waffles? What's to be done when the result takes a slumber in some white wine barrels, along with a gallon of Geauga county maple syrup? Finally, what's the end result when that heady potion blends with 1-year old whiskey barrel-aged old ale?!
This, this is what's to be done. A profoundly complex sipper of multi-layered malt, we present the culmination of waffley goodness, in beer form. Pale amber in color with a bouncy, yet aged, aroma of prune, caramel apple, fresh herbs, oak, and a hint of maple, the flavor builds upon that confluence to reveal sweet malt, candied almonds, a subtle undercurrent of funk, and a soft, long finish. The pinnacle pairing for Liege-style waffles.
