Foggy dull to burnt straw yellow with a tall, level and extremely dense white foam.
The lime is quite tart, but enjoyably so, bolstered by a bit of damp crackery crust.
A firm carbonation comes to a paper dry finish.

This is easily the best lime forward beer I've tried since moving to Ohio. Very tart and absurdly refreshing. It just got the job done, the flavors are super dialed in. I wish I had this one more

Having this beer on-tap. Served to me in a plastic pint glass cup, this beer draws a slightly cloudy, hazy light to medium golden color. Has a white head that's about an inch thick when first drawn and served. Settles eventually to a thick white ring lining the inside of the glass along with a bit of lacing. Aromas of some bready malts and some tart lime and yeasty esters. Not much else really aroma wise and that's okay. The taste is quite similar, with some bready malts and quite a nice lime tart sourness omg w/ a bit of salt. Spot on for the style, and the lime adds something very nice here. Not really .much discernable hops, which is to be expected. Has a crisp, also smooth, light to medium bodies mouth feel with moderate carbonation. Has a clean finish. A really nice beer here.

Well not sure of the pie aspect but it is a great lime gose with a bit of sweetness and tart crisp body. Not sure if I would go out of my way to Ohio to get it again but it was worth trying at least once.
