Almost colorless, it's not even pale gold but a sort of watery pale seafoam green. Its soft white head settles to a fine film while retaining a curled ring.
Skunky petrol meets a very odd and uniquely floral sake sort of quality.
The medium, lightly fluffy body finishes semi-dry with a hint of black pepper that crops up as it warms.
A truly one of a kind brew--I'm not quite sure how to rate it, but it's not really my jam. At least, though, there's none of that waxy quality you often get from AALs that include rice in their grain bill.
