Clear chestnut brown with a short but persistent level tan head.
A tangy start transitions to mild esters in the middle--a little like bananas Foster but also hinting at pear--coming to a wonderfully toasty exhale with a hint of anise.
Crushably inoffensive at first, it becomes leafy and fairly complex as it warms.
The slick but medium body has a fine crispness that softens a little before the just shy of bone dry finish.
