Having this on tap at the brewery. Served in a weizen glass, this beer draws a fairly cloudy, hazy like to medium golden color with a nice, creamy looking white head that’s a good inch thick one first drawn and served. Had eventually settled to a very thick ring lining the inside of the glass at the beers surface along with a very nice film layer of surface foam and pretty good lacing on the inside of the glass. Aromas of bready malts along with some wheat, banana and clove. A very similar flavor profile, with some bready malts along with the aforementioned wheat and some nice notes of banana and clove. Also has a somewhat herbal hop note. I wish the banana and clove notes were a bit more pronounced here in the flavor profile. Has a crisp, Also smooth, slightly frothy and creamy, light to medium bodied mouth filled with moderate carbonation. Easy to drink. Has a clean finish. A decently solid representation of this style of beer.
