Hello Trouble is a blend of our 5 year anniversary beer, itself a Scotch barrel-aged Scotch ale, and Batch 300, our nitro brown ale. Having aged together with the natural Brettanomyces from the barrels, we find deep notes of leather and chocolate, with a sweet, roasty finish.
