Off smell and taste of fuselage. Some sweat funk is off flavours. Hops and malt in abundance but defects get in the way.
Another disappointment with a Wood Brothers hoppy beer from Durand coffee. Freshly bought, freshly drunk.

A-Straw yellow with a white head that holds but dissipates.
S-Fragrant aroma of tropical fruit with a musty undertone that is pleasantly dank and balances the fruit
M-Low end carbonation with full body and a juicy mouthfeel
T-Sweet upfront with a smooth dank bitterness that balances the beer very well. Citrus pith with a saline element make this beer very drinkable
O-Outstanding beer!

Bevi Birra consistently getting the brother in lately which is great. Dec 28th batch so pretty fresh which of course they recommend. Pours orange juice thick and rich. Nose is softer than previous brews but balanced pulpy cirtus with light grasses and oats. This is my favorite batch so far with a rich, thick full first sip or lush of tangerine. Very well balanced, excellent finish with no aftertaste and slight bitter makes this DIPA highly drinkable. This thunder wont make you shudder and hide but dance and play. So far Wood Brother appear incapable of messing up beer. incredibly consistent brewer here.
