Last of my four from this brewer. Pours similar to other three with golden mustard pour and decent collar. Nose is hip forward mustard seed and grain. Taste is full mustard malty thick and fair. Would say least favourite of my four trials but by no means poor. A great brewery here.

Body is thick and opaque, unfiltered, looking like a tropical fruit juice; briefly forms a white head that fizzles out quick.
Tropical fruit hop aromas, of pineapple, orange, also some peach, pine, and even a light creaminess. Coming through like an IPA. Fresh & juicy.
Taste is more muted on the fruit front than the aroma, here it's more of the pine resin, grapefruit zest and pith, a less defined and juicy fruitiness; medium-full body, medium-high carbonation, making for an enjoyable, full, mouth-coating feel; a fresh hop bitterness lingers in the dry finish.
Well crafted, with prominent hop profile, fresh, with a superb feel.
