interesting and very drinkable DIPA. Decent mouthfeel for the style, and yet still some edginess in the hop taste. Lasting mushroom cloud of a head. No hop smell however.

Beer 8/12 from the Durand Haul. Canned June 9, 2022. Served cold into a chalice.
Appearance - Hazy murky turbid golden yellow color with honey brown highlights. A finger plus of head. Just looks like a prototypical hazy green DIPA.
Smell - Green and weedy with lots of grapefruit and some other fruity aromas. Mango and passionfruit are in there somewhere.
Taste - Grapefruit with some subtle bits of mango and passionfruit then the deep dank weedy greens and hop oils come to finish with an assertively bitter close. Really good stuff. Booze well hidden.
Mouthfeel - Medium-full bodied, alcohol well hidden, carbonation middling but on point and finishes with that astringency from so many hop oils.
Overall - It's big, it's juicy for second then turns bitter to close. Scratches all the IPA itches. Excellent brew.
