Canned 3-30-2023. Durand purchase and served cold into a pint glass.
Appearance- hazy yellowy gold brew with orange highlights. Nearly two fingers of dense and frothy white head. Excellent staying power.
Smell- stone fruit with peach and apricot leading the way with some passion fruit too.very fruity.
Taste- nectarine with some passion fruit and a nice little green weedy streak through it. Big flavor and booze is very well hidden. balanced malt that isn’t one dimensional. Many of the juicier iPas end up too wheat based.
Mouthfeel- juicy and medium-full bodied with semi dry finish.
Overall- probably have become my favourite ipa brewer in Ontario. Balanced and spot on. A treat to enjoy.
