473 ml can served cold into a pint glass. Durand purchase. Canned May 25, 2023.
Appearance - Very hazy yellowy-white gold in color and with a finger and a half of long lived fluffy white head with exceptional retention.
Smell - Dank and weedy with prominent notes of mango too. Not the biggest nose as far as IPA's go, but what is there is delicious and inviting.
Taste - A little weedy with lots of tropical fruit. Mango and guava most prominent. Some weedy and bitter notes towards the mid-sip then carry over to the finish. Delightful stuff.
Mouthfeel - Medium-full bodied, creamy and with modest carbonation. The fullness really works here.
Overall - Yet another top notch IPA by one of the best small batch IPA makers in the province. Really good stuff.
