473 ml can served cold into a chalice. Durand purchase. Awesome name. Canned June 15, 2023.
Appearance - Pours a hazy golden/orange colored brew with two fingers of loose white head. The head fizzles out fairly quick, leaving a small soapy film of foam on top. Some nice curtain-like lacing.
Smell - Plenty of citrus, grapefruit with some pineapple and a dank weediness lead the way. Blended in is other citrus.
Taste - Much milder than the nose. A little grapefruit and orange, plenty of peach folded in and a little pineapple in the background. Quite sweet and quite juicy. Wheat malt backbone.
Mouthfeel - Very smooth, quite creamy and easy to drink. Medium-full bodied and low carbonation. High on the "juicy" scale.
Overall - Yet another excellent IPA from the Wood Brothers. What else is new?
