Can: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a large dark brown foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of floral coffee notes with some chocolate malt notes and light residual sugar notes. Taste is also a good mix of floral coffee notes with some chocolate malt notes and some residual sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation with no discernible alcohol notes.Good coffee stout without being overly sweet.

This has held up nicely over 19 weeks. The coffee is roasted, and substantive, with a good supporting malt backing. Good for the substyle, and it's not Big Pastry.

A-Jet black with a mocha head that is thick and leaves good lacing
S-Chili aroma with a lactose sweet smell and malty backbone
M-Full soft body and low end carbonation. Rich velvety mouthfeel
T-Sweet upfront and throughout with a coffee bitterness that is smooth and lingers on the aftertaste
O-Solid brew
