Copenhagen 18/10 2023. 47,3 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. Steel can with a simple brown label with a stylized hop flower in silver.
Pours opaque yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet and slightly fermented odor of ripe Stone fruit mingling with a more subdued scent of citrus fruit. Peach and mango. Oranges. Lemon and lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Elegant and potent Indian Pale Ale.
