Pours a crisp yellow with a light fog to the transparency. Head is a finger of white foam. Aroma is light, hitting notes of bready, wafery, and caramely malts. Flavor profile is malt forward, tagging bready, wafery, and caramely along the way. Some light toffee and pale hops at the end add a little additional spark of flavor before a lightly dry finish. Mouth feel is thin with a soft crispness. Overall, a soft, light, and delicate beer that remains inoffensive, but offers up something different for those seeking a quaffable beer other than the usual lagers.

On tap. Poured a clear, amber color with a small, off-white head of foam. It smelled of sweet caramel, floral notes and toffee. Sweet tasting with a hint of bitterness.
