Pours a hazy pale yellow-orange with a finger of white foam. Aroma is green grapes, green apple and pear with a heavy chardonnay quality. Lightly bready yeast just beyond. Flavor profile is green grapes, red grapes, tangerine and chardonnay. Despite the slightly sour/tart descriptors, it's mildly sweet. Mouth feel is medium-thick with a little velvety grit, drinking more like a heavy wine. Overall, some quality chardonnay and IPA notes here married together. Unique and fun to drink, and still pleasantly dry.
