This is a light body, light color traditional lager using 50/50 pilsner malt and rice. German noble hops are used to keep the sharp, crisp flavor without making it bitter. Super clean fermenting lager yeast gives it that recognizable lager character.

Pours pale yellow in color with a clear transparency and a couple fingers of white foam for head. Aroma is crackers and wafers with some spicy hops behind. It's dry. Flavor profile is back to crackers and wafers in a dry one-two combo. Mouth feel is thin in thickness with a crispy texture. Overall, refreshing, crispy, and dry.
