This IPA was a scale-up recipe brewed with homebrewer Mike Bechina. It features, you guessed it, exclusively Mosaic hops, lending big tropical notes to the aroma and taste.

Pours orange-yellow with a clear transparency. Head is two fingers of white foam with good retention. Aroma is pop of citrus with some peach and grassy hops behind. Flavor profile is citrus and melon with a grassy, dry finish. Mouth feel is fuzzy in texture. Thickness is medium. Overall, subtle and better balanced than some other comparable options.
