I had this beer on-tap in a schooner glass at the Rizmajer sörház near Blaha Lujza tér in Budapest.
Appearance: light golden hue with a clear body and a finger of frothy eggshell foam.
Smell: sweetish, crackery malt with a hint of fruity yeastiness. Not too bad.
Taste: malt and yeast, like the smell; it’s sweeter than the aroma would suggest, so maybe a little sweet for me, but still a nicely flavorful beer.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a big carbonation and a rather ephemeral creaminess. Not too bad, though.
Overall: it’s not the richest beer out there, but being a nice light helles, is eminently drinkable.
