Poured from 12oz can into a mug. Canned on 7/29/21.
Appearance: medium orange hue with a moderate haze and a thin layer of ivory foam. Not too bad, but more head would be nice.
Smell: light malty aroma with a floral IPA component. It reminds me more of a floral, light pale ale, but it's not super IPA-ey. Not bad, though.
Taste: bready malt character with a mild hop character and a light bitterness. It doesn't really read as an IPA to me; more of a pale ale. Not bad, but not really an IPA of today.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a reasonable carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: this isn't a bad beer, but I would not really call it an IPA by today's standards.
