Clear golden yellow with abundant foam in the Belle-Vue Gueuze glass. Light body with a crisp and sudsy mouthfeel. Light aroma of cucumber and alfalfa. Interesting and tangy flavor of cucumber and biscuits. A hint of bread and berries and apricot. Really a nice hop flavor that is quite restrained. Bright and just slightly sweet but well balanced. Pleasant light brew with plenty of flavor. Another excellent Helles. From the 12 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 11/13/ ?2021.

Poured from 12oz can into my BeerAdvocate teku. Canned 1/4/21.
Appearance: rich golden hue with the very lightest touch of haze and a light effervescence. Head is a finger of frothy ivory foam that settled down pretty quickly. The gold is lovely!
Smell: lightly sweet and malty but with a very clean character and just a touch of noble hops. Very nice indeed.
Taste: much like the aroma; there's a big malt punch packed here for such a light beer. It's a bit sweet, possibly, but still quite good. Hops are subtle and add a very refreshing quality. I really like it.
Mouthfeel: medium-light body with a big carbonation and a very good creaminess indeed!
Overall: this beer is a really great example of the style, possibly the best American execution I've encountered. It's super refreshing and infinitely quaffable.
