Attractive clear amber brew with plenty of foam in the New Belgium snifter. Aroma of peach and pine. Warm malt and peach flavors followed by a citrusy finish. Really fruity in a nice way. Some sharpness to balance, and a little woody astringency.
The rather extravagant hop bill includes Cashmere, Ahtanum, Citra, Loral, and Sabro. All very restrained, however, with a moderate bitter aftertaste. Overall this is a very pleasant and unpretentious hoppy brew. From the 12 oz can purchased at the Coop Market in Mount Vernon. Dated 03/25/21.
