Sour IPA
When the stress burns your brain you need Acid Raindrops. The sharp hit of the sour, with that stone fruit and passionfruit from Simcoe Cryo and Ekuanot. The juicy mouthfeel from London III. Pop collars, wear ice, drink this.

Pours a slightly cloudy, pale golden coloration with a small, fizzy head. Smells of light, doughy, wheaty malt and citrus and tropical notes of grapefruit, passion fruit and pineapple, as well as a certain lactic acidity. Taste follows the nose, with a great balance of light doughy, wheaty malt juicy tropical/citrus hops and a distinct lactic acidity, with notes of grapefruit, lime zest, passion fruit and pineapple. Finishes with a medium acidity and some tropical and citrus notes lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
Quite a nice Sour IPA with a sharp, but not overpowering, lactic acidity, zesty citrus and tangy tropical notes that all work together quite well to create a rather refreshing, zingy, juicy brew that is perhaps best enjoyed in the summertime. Almost reminds me of a kind of dry-hopped Berliner Weisse.
