We brewed this West Coast IPA to celebrate the 10th Birthday of Pomona Ryan's boy Donovan (middle name Roscoe). Dank, hoppy, bitter. Chinook, Amarillo & Columbus at whirlpool and dry hopped with Citra, Simcoe & Amarillo.

Pours a hazy orange with soft, fluffy head.
Smell is floral and citrusy with notes of pine and peach.
Taste is piney with some resiny hints. Notes of grapefruit and peach with some floral hints and a moderate bitterness. Clean and dry finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, sticky and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice, modern west coast IPA.
