I know a cracking DIPA. Double dry hopped with Citra Cryo and Mosaic BBC. How about it?

Pours a cloudy, almost hazy, deep golden amber coloration with a medium, fluffy head. Smells of biscuity, very slightly caramelly malt and citrus/tropical hops, with notes of grapefruit, papaya and just a hint of herbal and piney accents. Taste is a great balance of biscuity, very slightly caramelly malt and slightly floral, herbal and resinous hops, with citrus, tropical and berry notes of grapefruit, tangerine, mango, papaya and lighter blueberry and gooseberry, as well as just a hint of pine. Finishes with a medium bitterness and some grapefruit, papaya, berry accents and pine lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
While my first impression wasn't great here, this really grew on me, revealing a surprising complexity of hop flavors, with bitter, floral, herbal, resinous, citrus, tropical and berry notes that seem to clash a little at first, but are actually rather well-balanced all in all, with a not too strong, but distinct malt backbone to this as well, adding a little sweetness to the mix. Nice mouthfeel as well, while the ABV is hardly noticeable, without a hint of booziness to this, making for a very nice DIPA indeed.
