Table Beer
In a fictional 2020, the government could be using communication and entertainment networks to distract us from a totalitarian power grab. But in reality, this is a table beer, double dry hopped with Citra Cryo & Amarillo Cryo. Fermented with London III.

Pours a hazy, golden amber coloration with a medium, fluffy head. Smells of biscuity malt and citrus hops, with notes of grapefruit and tangerine. Taste follows the nose, with a good balance of biscuity malt and zesty citrus hops, with notes of grapefruit and tangerine, as well as a certain grassiness also coming through. Finishes with a light bitterness and some citrus notes lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a light body and medium carbonation.
While I'm not really sure if this strictly qualifies as a table beer, it certainly makes for an excellent, low-ABV American Pale Ale, a style that Pomona Island excel at particularly. While this naturally doesn't pack as much flavour as a regular IPA, it's still rather impressive just how much zesty citrus goodness they managed to squeeze into the 3.3% ABV here, while the hops never take on that overly grassy or even chalky aspect that I often get from hoppy beers in this ABV range, while also managing a downright incredible mouthfeel for the ABV. A very refreshing, superbly crafted low-ABV beer that's perfect for the current heatwave.
