ay after day we refine our process, night after night we control our quality. Why? Trying to takeover the world? Yeaaah maybe, but really just trying to make another banger. We’ve double dry hopped this DIPA with Mosaic Cryo, Citra & Sabro. This beer might not take over the world, but it will take over your face!

440 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 8.5%. Hazy yellow colour, moderate white head. Pleasant aroma of various citrus fruits and tropical fruits. The flavour is not quite as fresh as the aroma, but has notes of the same fruits, with a piney bitterness in the finish.

Pours a hazy, orange coloration with a medium, fluffy head. Smells of light biscuity malt and tropical, citrus hops, with notes of mango, coconut and grapefruit. Taste is an excellent balance of light biscuity malt and fruity, juicy, slightly dank and herbal hops, with tropical, citrus and lighter berry notes of mango, coconut, grapefruit and blueberry, as well as just a hint of mint and herbal weed. Fi ishes with a medium bitterness and some mango, grapefruit, blueberry and just a hint of mint lingering in the aftertaste, Soft mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation,
While I'm not a huge fan of Sabro hops, they thankfully stay a bit in the background here, with Citra and Mosaic dominating, while also giving a stronger mint than coconut vibe, which I can quite enjoy. The hops feel quite juicy, vibrant and well-defined in general, with mango and grapefruit standing out particularly here, as well as lighter coconut, blueberry and just a hint of mint and weed. Very enjoyable overall, despite the Sabro, with a nice body and mouthfeel as well.

A 440ml can, canned on 15th October 2020, with a best before date of 15th July 2021. Poured into a Lost Abbey teku glass.
Appearance: A hazy milky gold colour with a just over one finger white head that dissipated fairly quickly but left some sparse lacing.
Aroma: Fruity creamsicle, pineapple, mango, melon, citrus rind, orange.
Taste: Sweet beginning, melon, pineapple, mango, bitter finish, citrus rind and pith.
Mouthfeel: Creamy, medium bodied, with soft carbonation.
Overall: Loved the aroma, but flavourwise, it’s sweeter than I prefer it to be. The bitterness on the finish does help tone down the sweetness a bit, but not enough for me to want to drink it everyday.
