Copenhagen 27/10 2022. 44 can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. Simple green can with some gears fitting into each other.
Pours opaque hazy pale yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet scent of stone fruit mingling with citric fumes. Peach and apricot. Citrus, orange and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Pleasant and civilized Pale Ale.

Pint on keg in Pomona Island at Freight Island, Manchester (£6):
Pale lemon to golden with a large, 3cm fluffy white head that looks thick too. Light citrus initially on the nose, some faint perfume notes & a dank, resinous base. The taste is quite light too, fresh & juicy with pine & citrus again, light tropical fruits & a floral finish with a light body & moderate carbonation.

440 ml can, from Gulating Ølutsalg, Stavanger. ABV is 4.0%. Cloudy pale yellow colour, large white head. Pleasant aroma of spruce, citrus and tropical fruits. The flavour is not too sweet, but the beer has still a decent body for its ABV. Citric flavour with tropical fruits and sprucetips in the background. Moderate to low bitterness, but very refreshing and easy drinking.
