That’s the same way you showed me, showed me how to drink an IPA with Cryo Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin & Cashmere.

Copenhagen 22/12 2024. 44 cl can from Beershoppen web-shop. Light blue can with a strange mosaic in red with a buoy.
Pours opaque hazy yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a thin and patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of tropical fruits mingling with zesty citrus fruit. Peach and tangerine. Grapefruit and lime. Tart.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sour streak. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Zesty and smooth.
