Copenhagen 24/10 2024. 44 cl can from The Beer Hive, Amagerbrogade, Kbh. S. Pink, meaty can with a crude redering of a hilly landscape and the repetitious name of the beer.
Pours opaque, hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense wit a strong sweet odor of ripe Stone fruits mingling with a more subdued citric scent. Light touch of resin. Peach, passion fruit and mango. Lemon and lime. Resin.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, slightly viscous lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger tart bitterness. Aftertaste Is bitter with a sourish streak. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Satisfying, tart brew.
