Golden ale aged in bordeaux barrels on fruit from the production of local berry liqueur.
Orange amber with a tight white head. Light- bodied and bright in the mouth. The nose is jammy with fruit liqueur, unripe raspberries and hints of wet forest. On the palate, the bubbles are delicate, creating a creamy texture, that complements the beer's bright tartness and complex flavours of wild strawberries and red currants, followed by rye biscuits and some hints of warm spice. Ends with gentle acidity and elegant, warming alcohol.
