Slightly hazy straw yellow with a puffy white head.
Mildly toasty with a nutty sort of bitterness that actually seems to exhibit a hint of blonde coffee. A somewhat verdant herbality develops with time.
The medium body has a crisp froth before a dry swallow.
A bit more bold than I'd expect from a kolsch, and quite dry, it's one of the better ones I've had.
