Foggy pale yellow with a moderately short white foam head.
Like a gose, it's almost salinic, yet like a Beliner, it's also slightly wheaty and tart. Only faint accents of pineapple are present, and not much passion fruit, which is made all the more ironic after having one of their IPAs that exuded more of these characteristics via hops instead.
The medium-light body is softly crisp and finishes very dry.
