Pint in a plastic shaker at Taco Trio.
Appearance: A cloudy straw with no head. Medium carbonation.
Aroma: Lemon, herbs, grass, citrus. Nice fresh nose.
Taste: Refreshing, prickly IPA. Lots of lemon up front. Maybe some mango. Wee bit of malt backing.
Mouthfeel: Prickly and hoppy enough for a slow sip. Some booze, even at a moderate ABV.
Overall: Nice little find. Solid IPA that pairs well with food.
