Using less than 24 hours old Huell Melon and Polaris - we brewed this beer to be crisp yet with some fruity tones. Enjoy!

Pours a hazy yellow with thick head.
Smell is herbal and crackery, crisp and hoppy with notes of grass, citrus and wheat and some fruity hints.
Taste is herbal, crackery and a bit floral. Grassy, hoppy and a bit fruity with notes of elderflower and citrus. Soft bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice modern lager with nice hoppiness.
