Pours a fairly clear yellow with thick fluffy head.
Smell is bready, clean and crisp. Notes of knäckebröd, toast, citrus and some peach.
Taste is clean, crisp, bready and snappy with a moderate bitterness. Notes of toast, knäckebröd, citrus and wheat dough with some floral hints.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice clean Helles with great texture.
