Our dear friend Sebastian from Freigeist came over to brew this dry hopped kölsch style ale with us - brewed with Tettnang and dryhopped with Hersbrucker Mittelfrueh.

Pours a clear yellow with fine head.
Smell is light, crisp and crackery. Notes of citrus, rye and knäckebröd with some herbal hints.
Taste is crisp and crackery with some herbal hints. Notes of knäckebröd, citrus and wheat dough and a moderate bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium with good carbonation.
Overall, a very drinkable Kölsch. Didn't really pick up a lot of dry hopping.
