cryo mosaic in this one, a basic ipa recipe aside from the special hops, its nice beer, not fermented as clean or as minimal as i like or want in the style, but it was one of the better beers i had while i was in here, is a fine expression of mosaic in this format, and has just enough heft and boldness to it to slow me down so i can take it all in bit by bit. i wish the ferment was cleaner, which is what i wished for all the beers in here, its distracting from what is a great hop profile, but its mild and the hops still push through and make this fresh and good. i like the mosaic in cryo form, it always seems to start sooner on the palate this way, not all in the finish, and it can be more potent without being green, i just kind of wish it was more obviously dry hoppy, there is some of the goodness lost to the heat of the kettle it seems here, not as pungent as it could be, although im not complaining, i like this hops in this very well. a cleaner ferment and some more bubbles would make this better for sure, its still quite amateur, but on the right track...
