Surprisingly darker amber with a fairly well-retaining off-white head of fine foam.
Unexpectedly tart right off the bat--almost, yes perhaps sour, at the very least quite tangy for sure--it's kind of got the feel of peach tea, and maybe a light hint of hefe wheat, while consisting more so of sweet banana. Any hint of peanut butter is more present on the nose than in flavor.
Unusual for sure, I'd never have pegged this as a hefe.
