Golden orange color with a massive bubbly head which leaves a ton of lacing on the glass. Tropical juicy citrus scents including mango, orange and grapefruit. Creamy soft carbonation with a slight bitterness, overall well balanced and a great IPA.

Orange beer with a giant, light, two finger head that leaves a lot of lacing on the glass. The aroma is filled with grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple and mango with some caramel sweetness. Sweet and fruity with grapefruit, tangerine and some pineapple. Finishes clean with a nice balanced bitterness.

Can (no date, but 1st release)

Cloudy orange with a substantial head of dense foam. Pretty juicy/creamy hop nose...orange, apricot, pineapple, and oily resins over some oatmeal. Flavor is sweet and fruity - grapefruit, OJ, mango, and honey. Medium bodied, soft, a little undercarb'd which doesn't help with the sweetness. Gimme a little more o' that hoppy dankness - sometimes these NEIPAs devolve to just fruity juice bombs with not much hop character remaining. That being said, this was tasty and a promising start to the Ancillary* project.

A: Pours an extremely murky medium to dark golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate bright yellow + lemon yellow + faint apricot colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall dense creamy foamy white head that slowly reduces to a large patch of medium thick film covering about 70% of the surface of the beer surrounded by a very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of juicy citrus/grapefruit, citrus/orange, and tropical/mango hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of biscuit + honey + oat + caramel malts with a light to moderate amount of honey + caramel sweetness.

T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of biscuit + honey + oat + caramel malts with a light to moderate amount of honey + caramel sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy citrus/grapefruit, citrus/orange, and tropical/mango hops which impart a hint of bitterness which fades away quickly leaving moderate lingering citrus + tropical hop flavors.

M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Soft/fluffy mid-body with a light amount of dryness in the finish.

O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol. Enjoyable with just enough softness/fluffiness in the mouthfeel and a very pleasant citrus + tropical hop profile. I could easily have a couple of these.
