A: Pours a slightly murky medium purplish pinkish red in color with light to moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and faint to moderate orange + ruby red + purple + pink + golden yellow colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall fizzy pink head that quickly reduces to a small patch of very thin film and a very thin ring at the edges of the glass. Minimal amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of tart blueberries, tropical passionfruit, and tropical guava over the top of light aromas of slightly sour wheat malts and a light lemon citrus lacto tartness.
T: Upfront there is a light to moderate flavor of slightly sour wheat malts with a light lemon citrus lacto tartness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of slightly sour + slightly sweet tropical guava, tropical passionfruit, and tart blueberries. No perceptible hop presence and no bitterness. Moderate lingering flavors of guava and moderate lingering tartness.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Light to moderate amounts of acidic prickliness.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol but tart with a fair amount of acidity in the mouthfeel. Enjoyable but fairly fresh ripe tropical guava heavy (which is a flavor/aroma that I particularly enjoy).
