A: Pours a lightly hazy pale golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly along the edges of the glass and moderate straw yellow + pale yellow + brassy colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense sudsy foamy white head that reduces to a medium to large sized patch of medium thick film covering a little more than 50% of the surface of the beer surrounded by a large patch of slightly mottled very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of citrus/orange pith, tropical/papaya, stone fruit/peach, and herbal hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of biscuit + wheat + grainy malts with a hint of grainy sweetness.
T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of biscuit + wheat + grainy malts with a hint of grainy sweetness. That is followed by slightly stronger than moderate flavors of citrus/orange pith, tropical/papaya, stone fruit/peach, and herbal hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which lingers slightly and leaves a light lingering herbal + citrus/orange pith hop flavor.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp upfront with a hint of soft/fluffiness mid-body and a hint of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasant mouthfeel with some light fluffiness as well as some light bitterness. Enjoyable and I could have a few of these.
