4.7 ABV 27IBU from a 16oz can into a trad pint glass.
Caramel color, big head 3" high and shave cream thick in the middle, med high carbonation, dark for it's style being called a blonde ale. Not truly transparent. Some lacing.
A light nose perfume, basically no malts.
The taste leans towards a sour, hop zing, sweet, very light in it's malt base, hops/sour lay around remaining carbonated.
Not a very exciting blend of flavors. It's a simple beer and perhaps a bit on the Belgian side of "Alive". It's probably a bit better on tap from their cerveceria and with some more refinement they'll get a better beer. Keep brewing!
