Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance – The brew pours a very lightly hazed yellow color with a one finger head of puffy white foam. The head has a great level of retention, slowly fading over time to leave tons of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew is heavy of a doughy smell mixed with some aromas of citrus mixed with some other sweeter smells of peach and apricot. Along with these aromas comes some notes of coriander and a little bit of yeast, giving a rather nice and inviting smell overall.
Taste – The taste begins with a sweeter bready and doughy taste that has come candied sugar and some light fruits of peach and apricot. Along with these tastes comes some flavors of hay and grass as well as a decent showing of some yeast. As the taste advances flavors of a floral and herbal nature come to the tongue and with the rest of the flavors leave one with a rather flavorful and smooth blond taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is light and crisp with a carbonation level that is rather high. For eh style and sweeter taste the feel is great and makes for a very easy sipping brew.
Overall – A very flavorful and easy drinking blond. Rather well done overall and one to give a try if you get the chance.
