I have only been here a few times, and that was a while ago. Though, I do go to the Southern Yankee Crafthouse in the loop a lot and that spot is great. Anyway, this is just a few thoughts for their production brewery, which is way up north from me, and why I don't make a lot of visits here.
In a strip center, but they have carved out a nice spot. Open bar area, a little area outside, all in that generic strip center vibe. Which is fine. 20 or so taps. Who's Paul Pale Ale, Work Like a Captain IPA, and their pils are all classic styles that I will come back to a lot. Barrel aged stuff is usually pretty good to great as well. Some other things misses with me a little, but no real issues. Plenty of to go options with both cans and bottles of the higher ABV stuff. Service is nice, knowledgeable, and gets the job done. They do have food, usually just making their own pizzas and wings. Which are very good. The Crafthouse is a full on restaurant and is great there, but this is much more paired down.
A good spot up in the north on FM 1960. If on this side of town, definitely put it on the list.

On a recommendation, Stopped here after my St. Pat’s hockey tournament. Glad I did!
Had a flight of some great beers - I especially like their porter. Had a pint of their wee heavy with some excellent chicken curry from the local food truck.
The place is family owned and operated and very friendly and helpfully. To top it off, the had a reggae band with a lead guitarist that has three pitbulls!
