Fresh Hop IPA ( Centennial).
16 oz can purchased from Westside Taphouse in West Salem OR
Pours a clear ,light gold colour with a huge frothy white head.
Aroma is leafy fresh floral hops..some lemon zest. Simple. Nice.
Flavor is the same, taste is simple yet nice...
Mouth feel is medium but carbonation is too low.
An average FH for this time of year.
It is not bad but not great.
